Terms and Conditions

Vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase. Photocopies will not be accepted. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used at Bistro on the Quay or Wine Boutique on the Quay and won’t be extended.

All gift vouchers are posted via 1st Class Royal Mail on the same day, if purchased before 3pm. Please be aware, that despite their best effort, Royal Mail services might be disrupted. Therefore please allow at least 10 working days before querying the status of your delivery.
